Your Guide to Fitness Success!

It depends on your fitness goals and schedule. Generally, aiming for at least 3-5 workouts per week is a good starting point for most individuals. Consistency is key!

Choose the class that aligns with your fitness aspirations! Our CrossFit classes provide a well-rounded approach to strength and conditioning, whereas HIIT offers a more cardio intense workout for those looking to burn some extra calories. For a challenge that combines running with functional exercises, our Hyrox classes are an excellent fit.

To make your fitness journey even more convenient, we use the Octiv App. Book your classes in advance, stay up-to-date with your schedule, and manage your memberships—all from the palm of your hand.

Yes we do have student memberships which is capped at under 22 years old.

Yes we do! On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 08:15 we have our ladies only CrossFit classes.
